Dumbbell one-arm bend-over row 10 reps/3 sets
Seated row 10 reps/3 sets
Neutral grip lat pulldown 10 reps/3 sets
Deadlift 8 reps/2 sets

Abs
Situp 25 reps/4 sets

Cardio
Bike 15 minutes

Total time spent: 60 minutes
