Biceps
Barbell curl 10 reps/3 sets
One-arm cable curl 10 reps/3 sets
Reverse grip curl 10 reps/3 sets
Alternate dumbbell curl (heavy) 4 reps/2 sets

Triceps
Lying triceps extension 10 reps/3 sets
One-arm triceps pushdown 10 reps/3 sets
One-arm reverse triceps pushdown 10 reps/3 sets
Rope pushdown 10 reps/3 sets

Abs
Swiss ball crunch (weighted) 20 reps/3 sets
Machine ab-crunch 15 reps/3 sets

Cardio
Bike 15 minutes

Total time spent 70 minutes

Tennis NEWS
Martina Hingis won Rogers Cup!!! Well, okay, not yet. But now that Kim retired today due to reoccuring injury, Nadio is continuing her losing streak and Sveltana is fat, the draw is wide opened. Hey Martina! Just bloody win the thing, for yourself, for your country, for MEEEEE! She will play Daniela Hantuchova next though, and that chick can be a difficult cookie ~ with Gisele's legs, Kate's cute pout and tits as firm as apples, for Hingis.

going back a few years, hingis suffered a shock loss to hantuchova in the finals of one the big US hardcourt events.. it was considered one of the big nails in the coffin of hingis' domination at the time. since then of course hantuchova has gone on to do.. not much (except develop eating disorders). she's frustrating to watch (hantuchova), so sort of looks like she's playing in slow motion. you just want to grab her and say, 'wake up, fire up!!'. anyway, i predict a hingis win.

God, Hingis lost a 5-1 lead in the second set, but luckily was able to win 7-5 6-4. Hingis and I have a love and hate relationship I tell you! She's playing another tough player next - the fat Russian transexual.
